This is probably the biggest thing that will happen in our town for quite a while! I was so impressed by the turn out of volunteers and contributors who gave of their time, talents, donations and supplies. I remember the week they were building the home...what you didn't see in the episode was the abundance of rain that we had. And still, people came together and built this amazing home. It really warmed my heart to see a family receive a home where they can spend time together and Tricia can restore herself after her chemo treatments. Check out this beautiful home built by the hands of Davidson County:
Before: The Creasey home with a damaged foundation, water damage, and mold.
After: A clean, safe home! Gorgeous!

Great post! Thanks for the comment on my blog. Yes, those boots are my pride and joy! My hubby gave me those as a graduation gift and I adore them! They are Tony Llama, so you could probably find you a pair, too :) Have a great evening! xoxoxoReplyDelete
